Trip fares are based on the agreed pricing at the time of booking. Additional toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permits, or waiting charges (if applicable) will be communicated and charged accordingly.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made before driver dispatch may not incur any charges. Cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already been assigned or has reached the pickup location.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully throughout the journey. Any activities that may damage the vehicle or disturb the driver are strictly prohibited. Intercity Drop reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in such situations.

5. Delays

While we strive to provide on-time service, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Safety

Passenger safety is our highest priority. We recommend wearing seat belts throughout the journey and following the driver's safety instructions at all times.

7. Liability

Intercity Drop is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Passengers are advised to ensure all belongings are collected before leaving the cab.
